Ponte Vedra Beach

Ponte Vedra Beach is located off of A1A between Jacksonville and Saint Augustine. We visited the beach on a Sunday in mid-June, accessing at Mickler’s Landing which has an ample parking lot with basic restrooms and outdoor shower facilities. Although lifeguards were present the day we were there, we're told by locals they're not normally present during off seasons. The beach itself is typical for Florida's Atlantic coast, a straight line of sand running just about due North towards Jacksonville Beach and South to Vilano Beach. To sum up, beach goers can walk for miles or sit back and enjoy the waves if they wish.
