Faver-Dykes State Park

Faver-Dykes State Park is a National Gold Medal Winner (the first two-time winner in America). A visit there is all you need to understand how it won twice. We went on a Thursday in mid-August. Scenic and serene aptly describe this park. It is truly the “Real Florida” and a great place for fishing, kayaking/canoeing, camping, picnicking, and hiking.

Faver-Dykes State Park is located off Hwy. 1 about seventeen miles south of St. Augustine.
