Cedar Key

Cedar Key is one of our favorite towns. Whether strolling through quaint shops, soaking up local history, dining in one of the many unique restaurants, or enjoying beautiful vistas of the Gulf of Mexico and nearby islands, Cedar Key is a great place to get away from it all. We usually visit during a week day when it’s pretty quiet. If you’re looking for more excitement, check the events calendar at the chamber of commerce link below. You’ll find several events during the year that draw quite a crowd. You can check the local restaurants menus and times of operation, lodgings, and places to visit at the same website.

Travel Highway FL 24 to Cedar Key and enjoy a day away from it all.
